IBPS PO Prelims 2016: Exam Analysis & Cut-off

Dear Aspirants, IBPS PO Prelims Exam got underway yesterday (16th October, 2016) in which exams were conducted across the country in 4 different slots. So, today we are going to do a quick review on IBPS PO Prelims Exam Review and Analysis overall slots. The exam was scheduled in 4 different slots starting from 11.30 a.m. The PO prelims exams will be conducted till 27th October, 2016 in which exams will be on 22nd, 23rd and 27th October, 2016. The question paper's level was moderate and doable. Lets start the quick review- seeing the question paper, there were no major surprises which we have discussed below. IBPS PO Prelims Exam Review 2016

Without any further delay lets get straight to the analysis of the PO prelims exam 16th October, 2016. The exam paper was pretty much easy for the candidates who prepared for IBPS PO Pre Time Management Strategies & Tips . All in all it can be said that the level of the exam was easy to moderate. 

The question paper contains 3 Sections in IBPS PO Pre exam which are English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. This year in the first four slots the paper was of moderate level.

  • Quantitative Aptitude was of Easy-Moderate level. 
  • English was of Moderate-Tough level.
  • Reasoning was also moderate as there were no Coding-Decoding questions.

English Language

The level of English language exam was bit tough as compared to the other two sections but if you have to consider the overall difficulty of this section, then it can be stated as as of moderate difficulty.
