Who is the Law Officer & Eligibility

IBPS Law Officer is a body which regulates all the legal bank activities. The work of Law Officer includes giving legal advice or guidance in order to manage the arrangement of legal opinions, studies, reports and correspondence, as per the time intervals of different banks. The primitive duty of the officer is to help and manage all the work of bank is complete accordance with the Indian laws and acts as per the government.

Criteria for law officer job

To appear in the exam of IBPS Law Officer these are the primitive rules:
1.    Candidate must hold a university degree (graduation) any stream.
2.    Age should be between 20 to 30 years.
3.    He/she must have an LLB degree.

Law Officer Exam pattern

IBPS Law officer exam consists two phases:

  • Written Test
  • Interview

  • Professional Knowledge 75 Marks
  • General Awareness 50 Marks

Reasoning syllabus contains verbal reasoning like Data Sufficiency, Input-Output, Coding-Decoding, Analogy, Blood Relation, Puzzle Test, Direction Sense Test, Eligibility Test, Number, Ranking & Time Sequence, Arrangements both Linear & Circular, etc.
