The candidate must have a graduation in any subject from a recognized University in India or candidate which passed graduation from foreign university declared by Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to a degree of a recognized University.

Age Criteria and Relaxation
Age should belong 21 to 35 years as on 01st January 2016.
Relaxation for SC/ST candidate up to 37 years , holding civil post up to 37 years and physically handicapped candidate up to 38 years.
For others- Rs.505/-
Candidate will be selected on the basis of conducting exam by JKPSC as Preliminary Examination and Main Examination.
